Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Link-Response platform and services provided by Link Response Technologies LLC ("Link Response," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services — as a business client or as an end-user caller — you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
Link-Response provides an AI-powered call answering, scheduling, and dispatch platform for home services businesses. Our AI assistant (Riley) answers inbound calls on behalf of subscribing businesses, collects caller information, checks technician availability, and books service appointments. Upon booking, callers receive an SMS confirmation message sent by Link Response Technologies LLC, on behalf of the home services business the caller contacted.
2. SMS Communications & Consent
By providing your phone number to our AI assistant and verbally confirming a service appointment, you expressly consent to receive one (1) SMS appointment confirmation message from Link Response Technologies LLC, sent on behalf of the home services business you contacted. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Program name: Link-Response Appointment Confirmation SMS. Messages are sent by Link Response Technologies LLC, as the messaging platform and identified sender, on behalf of the subscribing home services business the caller contacted.
- Sender identification: Link Response Technologies LLC is the sender of record for all messages in this program. Every message identifies Link Response as the sender and names the home services business on whose behalf the message is sent.
- Consent: SMS messages are sent only when a caller provides their phone number and verbally confirms an appointment during a call with our AI assistant (Riley). Before booking, Riley verbally discloses that the caller will receive one text message from Link Response, on behalf of the business, including the required STOP/HELP and message-and-data-rates disclosures. This verbal confirmation constitutes the caller's express consent to receive one SMS confirmation.
- Message content: Appointment confirmation details only — date, time, trade type, business name, and callback number. No promotional or marketing messages.
- Message frequency: One (1) message per appointment booked. Message frequency will not vary beyond this single confirmation.
- Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to immediately opt out. You will receive no further messages. Reply HELP for support.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message or contact support@link-response.com for assistance.
- Non-sharing: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for marketing or unrelated commercial purposes. All categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Supported carriers: Major US carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and regional carriers. Carrier support may vary.
3. Business Client Terms
- You will use the platform only for legitimate business scheduling and dispatch purposes.
- You are responsible for keeping technician availability accurate via the calendar integration.
- You will not use the platform to send unsolicited communications.
- You authorize Link-Response to answer calls using your company name and to send SMS appointment confirmations, identified as coming from Link Response on your behalf, to your customers.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice to support@link-response.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Link-Response platform to:
- Violate any applicable law including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- Transmit fraudulent or misleading information.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.
5. Intellectual Property
The Link-Response platform, software, AI models, and branding are the exclusive property of Link Response Technologies LLC. Business clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license during their active subscription. No ownership rights are transferred.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link Response Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that all calls will be answered or appointments successfully booked in all circumstances.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to Terms
Material changes will be communicated to business clients and posted on this page with an updated effective date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
