These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Link-Response platform and services provided by Link Response Technologies LLC. By using our services — as a business client or as an end-user caller — you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Link-Response provides an AI-powered call answering, scheduling, and dispatch platform for home services businesses. Our AI assistant (Riley) answers inbound calls on behalf of subscribing businesses, collects caller information, checks technician availability, and books service appointments. Upon booking, callers may receive an SMS confirmation message.

2. SMS Communications & Consent

• Consent: SMS messages are sent only when a caller provides their phone number and verbally confirms an appointment. This constitutes express consent.
• Message content: Appointment confirmation details only — date, time, business name, and callback number. No promotional messages.
• Message frequency: One (1) message per appointment booked.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to immediately opt out. Reply HELP for support contact information.
• Non-sharing: Mobile phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing.
• Supported carriers: Major US carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and others.

3. Business Client Terms

• You will use the platform only for legitimate business scheduling and dispatch purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping technician availability accurate via the calendar integration.
• You will not use the platform to send unsolicited communications.
• You authorize Link-Response to answer calls using your company name and send SMS confirmations to your customers.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice to support@link-response.com.

4. AI & Third-Party Services

Riley is powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o model, accessed through the Vapi.ai voice AI platform, and integrates with Nylas for calendar scheduling. Where the platform connects to a business client's Google Calendar, only availability data (open or closed time slots) is shared with our AI provider — calendar event content is never transmitted to OpenAI or Vapi. 5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Link-Response platform to:

• Violate any applicable law including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
• Transmit fraudulent or misleading information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Link-Response platform, software, AI models, and branding are the exclusive property of Link Response Technologies LLC. Business clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license during their active subscription. No ownership rights are transferred.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link Response Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that all calls will be answered or appointments successfully booked in all circumstances.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated to business clients and posted on this page with an updated effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
