This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information — including mobile phone numbers — in connection with our services.
We do not sell, share, or rent mobile phone numbers or personal contact information to third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver appointment confirmation messages requested by the caller. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
1. Information We Collect
- Caller information: Name, phone number, service address, and issue description provided during a call with our AI assistant (Riley).
- Business client information: Company name, contact email, billing details, and technician roster.
- Call data: Recordings, transcripts, duration, and outcome classifications stored for quality assurance.
- Usage data: Portal login activity, calendar integrations, and configuration settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Scheduling and confirming service appointments on behalf of our business clients.
- Sending SMS appointment confirmation messages to callers who have scheduled a service.
- Providing business clients with call logs, summaries, and scheduling dashboards.
- Improving the accuracy and performance of our AI assistant.
3. SMS Messaging & Mobile Numbers
When a caller schedules a service appointment, they receive a single SMS confirmation message sent by Link Response Technologies LLC, as the platform operator and identified sender, on behalf of the home services business the caller contacted. Link Response is named as the sender in the message itself, alongside the business the message is sent on behalf of. The following terms apply:
- Sender of record: Link Response Technologies LLC is the sender of record for all appointment confirmation messages sent through this platform.
- Non-sharing: Mobile phone numbers are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
- Message frequency: One (1) SMS confirmation per appointment booked. No recurring marketing messages.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. Reply HELP for support. Contact: support@link-response.com.
- SMS messages are sent by Link Response on behalf of the specific home services business the caller contacted, and disclosed verbally to the caller before the appointment is booked.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- With business clients: Caller information is shared with the business to facilitate the service appointment.
- With service providers: AWS (cloud infrastructure), Telnyx (SMS delivery), Nylas (calendar integration), and Vapi (voice AI). These providers process data only as necessary.
- Legal compliance: When required by law or valid legal request.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
All of the above data sharing categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or unrelated commercial purposes.
5. Data Retention
Call logs and transcripts are retained for up to 12 months. Business client data is retained during the active service relationship and deleted within 90 days of account termination upon written request.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, and AWS Secrets Manager for credential management.
